Is SoleTrack UK a replacement for an accountant?
No. SoleTrack UK provides estimates only and is not a substitute for professional tax advice. We always recommend checking with HMRC or a qualified accountant.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, it is also synced via Apple CloudKit under your Apple ID. We do not store your financial data on any server.
What happens if I delete the app?
If iCloud sync is off, deleting the app may remove all your data permanently. We recommend exporting your data from Settings before deleting the app.
Can I use SoleTrack UK if I am VAT registered?
SoleTrack UK does not calculate VAT in the current version. If you are VAT registered, the app may not be suitable as your only record-keeping tool. Please check HMRC guidance or speak to an accountant.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open SoleTrack UK, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your lifetime unlock will be restored if you previously purchased it on this Apple ID.

How to Export Your Data

How to Delete Your Data
To delete all your data, go to Settings inside SoleTrack UK and tap Reset All Data. You can also delete the app from your device to remove all locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, remove the app data via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → SoleTrack UK.
