What Data the App Collects

SoleTrack UK is a local-first app. The app does not require you to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information for marketing purposes.

How Data Is Stored

All data you enter into SoleTrack UK is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. You may optionally enable iCloud sync in Settings, which stores your data in your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. We do not operate any servers that store your data.

What Data We Do NOT Collect

SoleTrack UK does not operate a server that stores your financial records. All income, expense, invoice and profile data is stored locally on your device. Third-Party Services

Data Retention and Deletion

All data stored by SoleTrack UK exists only on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can remove the data from iCloud via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
