Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SoleTrack UK, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of SoleTrack UK worldwide.
About the App
SoleTrack UK is a personal finance tracking tool for iPhone and iPad. It allows UK sole traders, freelancers and self-employed individuals to log income and expenses, generate invoices, and estimate their monthly tax pot. The app does not provide professional financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

SoleTrack UK provides general estimates and record-keeping tools only. It does not provide tax, legal, financial, accounting or professional advice. The app is not a substitute for HMRC guidance, GOV.UK information, an accountant, bookkeeper, tax adviser or other qualified professional. HMRC and GOV.UK are the authoritative sources for UK tax rules, deadlines and obligations. You are responsible for filing your own tax returns and paying tax on time.

SoleTrack UK is designed for use in the United Kingdom only. Tax calculations, thresholds, and estimates are based on UK tax rules only. The app is not suitable for use outside the United Kingdom.

In-App Purchase and Trial
SoleTrack UK offers a 7-day free trial from the date of first launch. After the trial, full access requires a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content in SoleTrack UK, including the app name, logo, design, code, and text, is the property of Nuke Submarine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written permission from Nuke Submarine.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuke Submarine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SoleTrack UK, including but not limited to financial loss, tax penalties, data loss, or reliance on app estimates. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to the App and Terms
We may update SoleTrack UK from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the Last Updated date when changes are made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
