About WalkSprint
WalkSprint is an iOS app that guides you through walk/run interval training to help you build up to running continuously. It is developed and published by Nuke Submarine, United Kingdom.
Health & Safety (Important)
WalkSprint provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Before starting WalkSprint or any new exercise programme — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or have any doubt about your health — consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. Always warm up, listen to your body, and stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign. You use WalkSprint and undertake all exercise entirely at your own risk. The app's plans and suggestions are general and are not a personalised medical or fitness prescription.
Acceptable Use
WalkSprint is licensed for your personal, lawful use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
WalkSprint, its design, content, and branding are owned by Nuke Submarine. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices; all other rights are reserved.
Purchases
WalkSprint may offer paid features or content in the future. Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; the App Store's Standard End User Licence Agreement for licensed applications also applies. No price is stated here — pricing, where it applies, is shown in the app and on the App Store.
GPS, Distance & Pace
Distance, pace, and route information from outdoor runs are estimates derived from your device's GPS and can vary with signal quality and conditions. They are provided for general guidance and may not be perfectly accurate.
No Warranty
WalkSprint is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuke Submarine is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of WalkSprint or from exercise undertaken using it. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple
These terms are between you and Nuke Submarine, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for WalkSprint or its content. Where the App Store's Standard EULA applies, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of it and may enforce it.
Changes
We may update WalkSprint and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms; we will update the "Last updated" date below.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
