Acceptance
By downloading or using Sable Business Card you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About the App
Sable Business Card is an iOS app for creating, customising, and sharing digital business cards. It is developed and published by Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd, United Kingdom.
Free Tier and Premium Purchase
Sable Business Card is free to download and includes a permanent free tier (one card with standard fields and full sharing). Additional features are unlocked with a single one-time non-consumable in-app purchase ("Sable Premium"). There is no subscription and no free trial. Once purchased, premium features are yours permanently. Pricing is displayed in the app and on the App Store in your local currency — no price is stated here.
Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and its Standard End User Licence Agreement for licensed applications. For refund requests, contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable Use
Sable Business Card is licensed for your personal and professional lawful use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Sable Business Card, its design, branding, and content are owned by Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. All other rights are reserved.
Your Card Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you add to your digital business cards. Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd accepts no liability for card content created by users.
Apple Wallet Passes
Apple Wallet passes generated by the app are subject to Apple's Wallet terms. Pass accuracy and content are your responsibility.
iCloud Sync
Optional iCloud sync uses your own private Apple iCloud account. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern iCloud data. Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd has no access to your iCloud data.
No Warranty
Sable Business Card is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Sable Business Card. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple
These terms are between you and Nuke Submarine Technologies Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for Sable Business Card or its content. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies, Apple is a third-party beneficiary.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The Last updated date below reflects the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
