These terms govern your use of RunnerStrength, a personal fitness tracking app for iPhone developed by Nuke Submarine.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RunnerStrength, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of RunnerStrength worldwide.
About the App
RunnerStrength is a personal fitness tracking tool for iPhone. It allows users to log running sessions, strength training sessions, and weekly workout plans. The app does not provide medical advice, fitness recommendations, training programmes, or health guidance of any kind. All tracking data is entered manually by the user and stored locally on their device.
Not Medical or Fitness Advice
RunnerStrength is a tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, fitness advice, nutritional guidance, or a training programme. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from physical activity. Always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or certified fitness coach before starting, changing, or stopping any exercise routine. Use the app at your own risk.
Eligibility
RunnerStrength is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the app.
Free Trial
RunnerStrength offers a 7-day free trial from the date of first launch. During the trial period you have full access to all app features. No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period expires, access to the app will be restricted until a one-time purchase is completed.
One-Time Purchase
Full access to RunnerStrength is available for a one-time payment of $14.99 USD (or equivalent local currency as set by Apple). This is a permanent, non-expiring purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information.
Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy. We have no control over refund decisions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Intellectual Property
All content in RunnerStrength, including the app name, logo, design, code, and text, is the property of Nuke Submarine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written permission from Nuke Submarine.
Your Data
All data you enter into RunnerStrength is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or access your data. For full details on how your data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy at nukesubmarine.com/privacy/runnerstrength.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RunnerStrength is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuke Submarine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RunnerStrength, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Third-Party Services
RunnerStrength integrates with the following Apple-provided services: iCloud, HealthKit, StoreKit, Core Location, and MapKit. Your use of these services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Apple's services.
Updates and Changes
We may update RunnerStrength from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the Last Updated date below when changes are made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
