All of this data is stored using Apple's UserDefaults system and optionally synced to your personal iCloud Key-Value Store. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.

iCloud Sync
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, RunnerStrength uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to back up your data. This means:
- •Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which only you control
- •Your data is restored automatically if you reinstall the app
- •We have no access to your iCloud data at any time
- •You can disable iCloud sync in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud
Apple Health (HealthKit)
RunnerStrength can optionally write data to Apple Health. This feature is off by default and must be enabled by you in Settings. If enabled:
- •Run distance, duration, and strength sessions are written to Apple Health
- •We never read any data from Apple Health
- •You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health
- •Apple's own privacy policy governs how Apple handles Health data
In-App Purchases
RunnerStrength offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full access after a 7-day free trial. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard worldwide refund policy.
How We Use Your Data
Since we do not collect any personal data on our servers, we do not use your data in any way. All app functionality is powered entirely by data stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and EU GDPR, you have rights including access to your data, correction, deletion, and the right to object to processing. Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, the security of your data depends on the security of your device and Apple ID. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock. We do not transmit any data over the internet, so there is no risk of data interception or server-side breach.

RunnerStrength uses the following Apple-provided frameworks only:
- •Apple iCloud — for personal data backup and restore
- •Apple HealthKit — optional write-only health data logging
- •Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchase processing
